Town and Village Revitalisation Plans

Cavan County Council has commenced work on the preparation of Town and Village Revitalisation Plans for the following Towns and Villages throughout the County:

Cavan Town, Virginia, Bailieborough, Ballyjamesduff, Cootehill, Kingscourt, Belturbet, Mullagh, Ballyconnell, Ballinagh, Ballyhaise, Shercock, Killeshandra, Arva, Kilnaleck, Swanlinbar, Butlersbridge, Blacklion, Lough Gowna, Dowra.

The aim of the plans is to propose improvements, which will enhance these towns and villages as attractive places in which to live and work. The plans, when complete, will also propose a range of projects which could be implemented over the short medium and long term.

We would like to get community input into the Town and Village Revitalisation Plans and to facilitate this consultation sessions will be held as set out below:
