PLANNING APPLICATION REGISTER NUMBER 18/221 CAVAN COUNTY COUNCIL PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT ACTS 2000 (as amended) EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES (PUBLIC PARTICIPATION) REGULATIONS 2010 Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Section 34 of the Planning and Development Act, 2000 as amended, and in accordance with Section 10 of the European Communities (Public Participation) Regulations 2010 that Cavan County Council has issued a Notification of Decision to Grant Planning Permission on the 11th. October, 2018 subject to conditions, to Killykeen Forest Holidays Ltd., C/o Wynne Gormley Gilsenan, Architects & Surveyors Ltd., 21 Church View, Cavan, to 1. Change use of small amenity building to shop and off license, also carry out alterations to fenestration on all elevations and roof. 2. Change use of larger Amenity Building to Clubhouse (Bar and Restaurant), erect single storey extension to front of same and additional single storey toilet block extension to side. 3. Change use of existing Plant and Storage building into Plant and Changing Rooms, add 3 No external seating pods to side of same and all associated alterations to elevations. 4. Erect new outdoor spa area incorporating hot tub pods, sauna barrels and a new single storey treatment room building. 5. Erect outdoor seating and lounge area structure (known as 'The Sitooterie') on the location of former tennis court. 6. Connect into existing service connections and carry out all ancillary siteworks at Killykeen Forest Park, Killykeen, Co. Cavan. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) will be submitted to the Planning Authority with this application.
