Notice of Making of Development Contribution Scheme 2026-2030

Notice is hereby given that Cavan County Council, being the Planning Authority for County Cavan, has adopted the Cavan County Council Development Contribution Scheme 2026 – 2030, in accordance with the provisions of Section 48(4) of the Planning and Development Act 2000 (as amended) on 8 December 2025.

The Cavan County Council Development Contribution Scheme 2026 – 2030 shall have effect from Thursday, 1 January 2026 and is available to view here.
