Emergency Road Closure L1012-0 Gowlan

Temporary Closing of Roads pursuant to Section 75 of Roads Act 1993 and Article 12 of Road Regulations 1994

Road closed:

The L-1012-0 will be closed, from its junction with the L-1013-0 / L-10123-0 in the townland of Gowlan to its junction with the L-1014-0 in the townland of Gowlan, until Friday, 26th September 2025 for the purposes of carrying out flood damage repairs to Mullaghboy Bridge.

Alternative Route:

Southbound – From Junction L-1012-0 / L-1014-0 travel westwards along the L-1014-0 to Junction L-1014-0 / R-206-2 / R-206-3 (Cornahaw Cross), then travel southwards along the R-206-2 & R-206-1 to Junction R-206-1 / R-206-0 / L-1013-0, then travel northwards along the L-1013-0 & L-1012-0. End of detour.
Northbound – From Junction L-1012-0 / L-1013-0 / L-10123-0 travel southbound along the L-1012-0 & L-1013-0 to Junction L-1013-0 / R-206-0 / R-206-1, then travel northwards along the R-206-1 & R-206-2 to Junction R-206-2 / R-206-3 / L-1014-0 (Cornahaw Cross), then travel eastwards along the L-1014-0 to Junction L-1014-0 / L-1012-0. End of detour.

Diversions will be signposted for the duration of the works.
