Access restrictions

Some of the material  described here contains sensitive personal information
about named persons. Given this, it is appropriate that some material is closed to
general public access for periods of time detailed below. However, data subjects
(or their nominees) normally have the right to access their own personal
information. Other researchers may also be given permission to access these
records. Both data subjects and other persons intending to pursue research
should contact the Archivist to discuss access. In the case of researchers who
are not data subjects, access will be governed by the Access to Sensitive
Records Policy available from the Archivist.
