Completed Form RF100 from motor dealer or NCT Centre
Evidence of Exempt Status e.g. Disabled Driver’s Certificate, or completed Declaration Form RF3 confirming specific use for any other exempt class of vehicle – supporting documents regarding the content of the declaration form may be requested.

To tax a used vehicle not previously taxed as exempt, you will need:

Completed Change of Particulars Form RF111 – to change status to exempt and also fully completed with renewal details
Evidence of Exempt Status e.g. Disabled Driver’s Certificate, or completed Declaration Form RF3 confirming specific use for any other exempt class of vehicle – supporting documents regarding the content of the declaration form may be requested.
