Wellbeing Supports in Cavan

Where can I find the County Cavan Wellbeing Boards?
There are currently three Wellbeing Boards on display in County Cavan:
- Two at Kingspan Breffni Park GAA Grounds, Dublin Road, Cavan Town
- One at Johnston Central Library, Farnham Street, Cavan Town
What is the aim of the Cavan Health & Wellbeing Boards?
To raise awareness of the mental health and wellbeing supports available to everyone within County Cavan, including:
- Providing contact details for the 24/7 national crisis helplines on the boards.
- Promoting awareness of the ‘Five Ways to Wellbeing’, which are evidence-based actions that can be included into our everyday lives to improve our wellbeing.
