Any person or body, on payment of the prescribed fee, may make a submission/observation, in writing, to a Planning Authority in relation to a planning application.
When the planning authority makes a decision, any participant in the application can appeal the decision to An Bord Pleanála.
Anyone who has not commenced or completed development works before their grant of planning permission expires can apply to the council for an extension of duration.
Before Cavan County Council can undertake any developments or works, it must first complete the planning procedure as set out in Part 8 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (as amended).
