Emergency Road Closure - R178 Shercock

Temporary closing of Roads pursuant to Section 75 of Roads Act 1993 and Article 12 of Roads Regulations 1994.

Roads Closed:

Notice is hereby given that Cavan County Council has made an order to close to public traffic the R178 Carrickmacross Road in Shercock from 9:30am to 6pm on Monday 26 February to facilitate Public Sewer Main Repair Works.

Alternative Route:

Traffic will divert via the L7608/L7507, Bleach Rd, and Cootehill Rd, R162

Local traffic in the area will be accommodated as far as possible.
