Temporary Road Closure - L2514 - Annual Mullagh Fair Day

Temporary Closing of Roads pursuant to Section 75 of Roads Act 1993 and Article 12 of Road Regulations 1994.

Notice is hereby given that Cavan County Council has made an order to close to public traffic the road described hereunder from 10am to 7pm on Sunday 14th September 2025 for the purpose of the Annual Mullagh Fair Day.

Road Closed

L2514 Corduff to Middletown Cross from Middletown Cross to the junction with the L6553 at Corduff.

Alternative Route

Regional Road No. R194 – Main Street, Mullagh, Fairgreen road from junction with Main Street to junction with Lislin road (L7048) and Lislin road (L7048) from junction with Main Street to junction with Fairgreen Road.

Alternative Route

From Kells to Bailieborough via Local Road No. L3010 and Local Roads No’s. 123 and 111 in Co. Meath.
From Virginia/Bailieborough to Kells via Local Road No’s. L-3020-0, L3021-(745,745.10) and N3.
