Performance

DcLcid	3 months	Used to implement Microsoft-forms on the website. Transfers Input Information from one page to the next. For example, for Long surveys or online orders. Saves explicitly requested short term customisations. For example, saving preferences, language, Location, and so on. Saves unrequested or long term customisations. SECTION 48(4) PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT ACT 2000 (as amended)

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 48(4) of the Planning and Development Act 2000 (as amended), that Cavan County Council has prepared a Draft Development Contribution Scheme for the period 2026-2030.

Copies of the Draft Development Contribution Scheme showing proposed contributions under the Draft Scheme are available for public inspection at the following location during office hours from Thursday, 9th October, 2025 to Thursday, 20th November, 2025

Submissions and observations in relation to the Draft Development Contribution Scheme 2026 - 2030 are invited during the public consultation period, from Thursday, 9th October, 2025 to Thursday, 20th November, 2025 and may be made in any of the following ways:

The closing date for submissions is 5pm on Thursday, 20th November, 2025.

NOTE 2: Submissions or observations received are subject to public viewing.
