Emergency Road Closure – L3016 (Rassan Rd, Ballyjamesduff)

Temporary Closing of Roads pursuant to Section 75 of Roads Act 1993 and Article 12 of Road Regulations 1994.

Notice is hereby given that Cavan County Council needs to close to public traffic, the road described hereunder for a period of two days, for a full closure on Tuesday 28th and Wednesday 29th October between the hours 9.00am to 5.00pm for the purpose of emergency culvert repair.

Roads Closed

L3016 (Rassan Rd., Ballyjamesduff) from its junction with the L3029 (Ballyjamesduff) to the junction with the L7070/L7071 (Rassan Cross)

Alternative Route

Westbound Traffic: From Ballyjamesduff divert via L3029 (Crosskeys Rd.) to junction with L7070 (Derrylahan), and via L7070 to junction with the L3016 (Rassan Cross)

The same diversion route will apply in reverse.

Local access will be accommodated where possible.
