Emergency Road Closure, L7103

Temporary Closing of Roads pursuant to Section 75 of Roads Act 1993 and Article 12 of Road Regulations 1994.

Notice is hereby given that Cavan County Council has made an order to close to public traffic the road described hereunder for a period of 4 weeks commencing on 12^th August 2026 to facilitate the upgrading watermain works.

Road(s) closed

L7103 from it's junction with L7102 in Carrigabruse to the Junction with the L7104 in Carrigasimon.

Alternative Route(s)

Travelling Eastbound on the L7103, continue south on the L7102, divert left onto N3, left on to L7016, left on to L7104.
Travelling Westbound the same alternative routes in reverse will apply to traffic travelling on the Opposite direction.

Local diversions will apply and local access will be accommodated where possible.
