Emergency Road Closure, L3003 Lecharry to Carrickatober

Temporary Closing of Roads pursuant to Section 75 of Roads Act 1993 and Article 12 of Road Regulations 1994.

Notice is hereby given that Cavan County Council has made an order to close to public traffic, the road described hereunder from 24th August to 8th September between the hours 8am to 5:30pm for the purpose of emergency surfacing works.

L3003 Lecharry to Carrickatober (part of Kilnaleck to Crosskeys Road)

Alternative Route

From Rockfield junction, divert via L3004 & L3016 (Rassan Road) to Ballyjamesduff, L3029 and L3026 (Ballyjamesduff to Crosskeys Road) to Carrickatober.

The same diversion route will apply in reverse. Local access will be accommodated where possible.

Diversions will be signposted for the duration of the works
