Bulky Waste Drop Off Day

As part of its Anti-Dumping Initiative 2022, Cavan County Council's next bulky waste drop off day will take place on:

Saturday, 3 September 2022 at Corranure Civic Amenity Centre, H12DK61 from 8am to 12.30pm.

Materials accepted

Please note this drop off day is for the following materials only:

Clean and dry mattresses (maximum of three mattresses per household)
Upholstered furniture (couches, armchairs, three piece suites)
Bedroom furniture (lockers, wardrobes, bed frames, etc.)
Kitchen furniture (dining chairs and tables, sideboards, etc.)
Household flooring (carpet, rugs, lino, timber flooring)
Hard plastics (toys, garden furniture, clean and empty storage containers, flowerpots, luggage, etc.).
This collection day does not include soft plastic packaging, film, or polystyrene

This service is for domestic households only.

Strictly no commercial use.
Normal charges apply for all other waste items presented on the day.
