Extension of Road Closure – L3002 Kilnaleck to Rockfield

Temporary Closing of Roads pursuant to Section 75 of Roads Act 1993 and Article 12 of Road Regulations 1994

In an extension of the previously advertised closure, the L3002 Kilnaleck to Rockfield road will now be closed until 6pm on Tuesday, 3rd of June.

Road proposed to be closed:

L3002 Kilnaleck to Crosskeys from the junction of Main Street, Kilnaleck & Church Road to the junction with the L3004 at Rockfield.

Alternative Route(s):

From Kilnaleck, divert via the R154 to Killyfassey, and the R194 to Ballyjamesduff, L3016 (Rassan Road) and L3004 to the junction with the L3002 at Rockfield.

The same diversion route will apply in reverse.

Diversions will be signposted for the duration of the works.

School buses, local residents, and healthcare workers attending local residences will be accommodated.
