Cavan Town Christmas Parking 2024

To support local business and encourage people to shop local this Christmas, Cavan County Council is making all off street parking* (public carparks only) free in Cavan Town in the build up to the festive period.

*(Courthouse Carpark, Townhall Street Carpark, Main Street Carpark, Bridge Street Carpark, Connolly Street Carpark)*

Please note, to ensure adequate traffic flow and access to parking, the normal two hour time limit will continue to be enforced throughout this time for all on street parking and off street parking, as set out in the Cavan County Council Control of Traffic and Parking Bye-Laws 2016.
